Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a clear and simple policy to ensure a risk-free shopping experience.
1. Exchange Policy (7 Days)
You can easily exchange your product within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
Defective or Damaged: The product is faulty, broken, or damaged upon arrival.
Incorrect Item Sent: You received the wrong size, color, or a different product than what you ordered.
Change of Mind (Size/Fit Issue): You ordered the wrong size, or the product doesn't fit correctly.
Conditions for Exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Refund Policy (Money-Back Guarantee)
We only offer full refunds in the event of a seller-fault issue where an exchange is not possible:
Product is Defective/Damaged and we are unable to provide a replacement within a reasonable time.
Wrong Item Sent and the correct item is out of stock.
Note on Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: Since your purchase was made via COD, the refund will be processed through Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. We will require your banking details to transfer the amount.
We understand that you may need to make changes, but our process is designed to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. This window is typically very short (a few hours). Please contact our Customer Support team immediately via [Your Contact Method, e.g., WhatsApp or Phone Call] with your Order Number to request a cancellation.
After Shipping: Once an order is shipped and a tracking ID has been generated, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you must receive the package and follow our standard Return/Exchange policy if you no longer want the item.
Order Modification (Changing Size, Color, or Address)
Before Shipping: Similar to cancellation, minor changes (like updating the delivery address or changing the size/color of an item) can sometimes be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Please Note: Modifying an order may delay its shipment time.
Our Advice: If you need to make any change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order for the best chance of successful modification.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
This is our most popular method. You pay the full order amount in cash to the courier when your package is delivered to your address.
We do not charge any extra fee for choosing COD.
